Reporting to the PMO Senior Lead, you will:

• Own the integrated master schedule (IMS) across the full 49-system, 18-domain MSI scope

• Interface the IMS with the parallel construction schedule owned by the wider airport delivery consortium

• Baseline, monitor and forecast programme progress from mobilisation through Phase 1 (operational backbone) and Phase 2 (full capacity) across a multi-year delivery

• Run the weekly and monthly schedule cadence with vendor and client stakeholders

• Challenge vendor commitments, push back on unrealistic milestones and give executive sponsors honest forecast confidence

• Own schedule risk, critical path analysis and mitigation planning

Year one success looks like a baselined integrated master schedule aligned to construction phasing, weekly status cadence embedded across all workstreams, and forecast confidence high enough for executives to make investment decisions on the data.

This is a residential basis role in Riyadh with a tax-free package, full-time permanent position. Compensation is benchmarked at senior planning specialist level for a Vision 2030 flagship programme. Package detail will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Requirements

You have run master schedules on complex mega-programmes before:

• 12+ years planning and scheduling on complex multi-vendor delivery programmes

• Expert-level Primavera P6 (non-negotiable)

• Proven experience owning IMS on multi-consortium delivery

• Ability to challenge vendors and defend forecast integrity to senior sponsors

• Strong communication skills, able to translate schedule complexity into executive-ready narrative

• Airport, aviation or major infrastructure mega-programme experience preferred but not mandatory

• Middle East mega-project experience (NEOM, Red Sea, Diriyah, Qiddiya, Riyadh Metro) is a strong plus

• PMI-SP or comparable planning certification desirable
