Alkhorayef Commercial Company is seeking a qualified Parts Procurement Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for managing the acquisition of essential spare parts to support business and operational needs.

The Role of Parts Procurement Officer

The Parts Procurement Officer will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle for spare parts, from supplier identification and negotiation to ensuring timely delivery and stock availability. The role focuses on optimizing costs while upholding quality and delivery standards across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of spare parts based on business and operational requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, and obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
• Coordinate with the Parts, Sales, Warehouse, and other relevant teams to ensure parts availability.
• Monitor stock requirements and support the replenishment of necessary parts.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
• Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining required quality and delivery standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing roles.
• Demonstrated experience in spare parts procurement is required.
• Experience within the Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, or Automotive Spare Parts industries is considered an advantage.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Good knowledge of procurement processes, including RFQs, Purchase Orders (POs), supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and negotiation.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
