Role Description The Cleaning Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for performing a variety of professional cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, furniture and carpet cleaning, and post-construction cleanups. Daily activities include following established cleaning procedures and safety standards, using company-provided equipment and eco-friendly products, and ensuring high levels of hygiene in client spaces. The Cleaning Technician will also assist with tasks such as basic HVAC, air duct, and water tank cleaning, and coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete scheduled jobs efficiently. The role requires consistent punctuality, adherence to company quality standards, and respectful interaction with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of general cleaning techniques, including deep cleaning, surface sanitization, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools (e.g., vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, pressure washers) and perform basic equipment checks and care. Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of materials. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions, report issues clearly, and cooperate with supervisors and colleagues. High level of reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality, customer-focused service. Previous experience in professional cleaning, facilities services, or a related field is preferred but not always required. Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, moving equipment, standing for extended periods, and working in varied environments. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on client needs and operational requirements.
