Job description
We are a specialized manufacturer in wooden decor, tables, chairs, bedroom furniture, cabinets, and restaurant and hotel furnishings. We are looking for a Development Manager with technical and marketing experience in the field of decor and wooden furniture.
- Research and attract new projects (government and private) and monitor tenders.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals professionally.
- Study projects and calculate costs accurately in collaboration with the production team and suppliers.
- Present proposals to clients and follow up on contracting procedures until contract signing.
- Deliver project details to the production manager and follow up on implementation until final delivery.
- Build strong relationships with consulting offices, designers, contractors, and hotels.
- Prepare monthly reports on opportunities and new projects.
Skills
- Experience of no less than 5 years in the field of wooden decor or interior furniture.
- Strong knowledge of types of wood, finishes, manufacturing methods, and production costs.
- Ability to prepare pricing proposals and analyze competitors.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (for dealing with drawings) is an added advantage.
- Preference for those with strong relationships in the contracting and interior decor market within Saudi Arabia.
