Oversee spare parts, procurement, and warehouse operations. Ensure maximum fleet availability and readiness. Manage the full vehicle lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. Desired Candidate Profile

Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree in Operations Management or Logistics is preferred. Professional certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Fleet Management are considered an advantage.

Experience Minimum 12 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, vehicle leasing, or logistics. Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale fleets. Strong background in contracts, tenders, and supplier negotiations. Experience managing multi-functional teams and multiple branches. Demonstrated success in digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
