Job Purpose ​​

To operate and support data center infrastructure by ensuring availability, security, and optimal performance of physical and virtual environments that enable Panda Retail Company’s digital and business operations​ 

Job Responsibility:

• Operate data center facilities, servers, storage, and network equipment to ensure continuous system availability.
• Monitor data center environmental conditions including power, cooling, and alarms to maintain safe operating environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, and replacement of data center hardware to support infrastructure reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and hardware failures to restore services and minimize downtime.
• Execute approved maintenance activities, upgrades, and patches to maintain performance and security standards.
• Apply access control, safety, and security procedures within data center facilities to protect assets and data.
• Document infrastructure configurations, changes, and incidents to maintain accurate operational records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during maintenance and incidents to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support capacity monitoring and infrastructure improvement initiatives by providing operational insights and recommendations.
