We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to support business growth by building client relationships and promoting HR services. this role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and meetings
- Present and explain HR services such as recruitment, payroll, and outsourcing
- Prepare and follow up on proposals until closing deals
- Achieve sales targets
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
- Prepare basic sales reports
Requirements:

Saudi nationality
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- إعداد والمتابعة على العروض حتى إغلاق الصفقة
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات
- المتابعة مع العملاء الحاليين لضمان الرضا وتحديد فرص جديدة
- إعداد تقارير مبيعات أساسية
المتطلبات:
الملف الشخصي المرغوب للمرشح
جنسية سعودية
خبرة سابقة في التوظيف أو اكتساب المواهب
مهارات تواصل وتفاعل بين أشخاص قوية
إتقان جيد للإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا)
