Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing branch equipment and machines to ensure smooth and reliable daily operations. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, quick response to equipment breakdowns, and maintaining machine safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on branch machines and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and minimize operational downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment issues.
- Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.
- Maintain maintenance records and report recurring technical issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external technicians when specialized support is required.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and maintenance procedures.
Skills
Requirements
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Machine Technician or Maintenance Technician.
- Experience in F&B, retail, food production, or similar environments is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent breakdowns.
- Willingness to travel between branches when required.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.
