We are seeking a Senior/Staff Endpoint Systems Engineer to join our full-time team based in Bangkok. This role is critical for maintaining and improving end-user experience through advanced engineering and technical ownership.

Role Overview

This position operates within a high-impact, fast-paced engineering environment, focusing on innovation and deep technical expertise. The Senior/Staff Endpoint Systems Engineer serves as the final technical escalation point for complex, high-impact issues across endpoint systems and infrastructure. The role involves driving root cause analysis, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, and implementing lasting solutions to challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the highest escalation point for unresolved 1st- and 2nd-level support cases.
• Perform deep technical troubleshooting for complex OS and hardware issues, including Windows BSODs, driver issues, and hardware failures.
• Conduct root cause analysis to ensure findings lead to long-term fixes, standards, or automation.
• Manage and troubleshoot devices using enterprise tooling such as Intune, Configuration Manager, KACE, JAMF, and Altiris.
• Design and maintain robust deployment, patching, compliance, and security baselines for Windows fleets.
• Monitor endpoint health and performance using custom platforms, proactively identifying trends and systemic risks.
• Develop automation and remediation solutions using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Mentor and coach 1st- and 2nd-level teams, providing guidance during outages and high-severity incidents.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and engineering desktop and endpoint infrastructure.
• Proven experience operating as a 3rd level escalation engineer.
• Strong expertise in Windows internals within corporate environments and advanced OS troubleshooting (BSODs, drivers, updates, performance issues).
• Proficiency with Enterprise Endpoint Management platforms such as Intune, ConfigMgr, KACE, or Altiris.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD102).
• Experience querying and analyzing data using SQL, PromQL, or LogQL.
• Advanced scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience building or enhancing endpoint reliability or telemetry platforms (*, Grafana, Telegraf, Open Telemetry Collector).
