Internship Purpose:Provide practical exposure to the Talent Acquisition activities and the end-to-end recruitment process, while developing hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through recruitment platforms. Review and screen CVs against job requirements and provide initial candidate shortlists. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain recruitment records and trackers.
Qualifications:Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Currently enrolled in a co-op program with an official co-op letter from the university Minimum GPA of 3.75/5.00 or 2.75/4.00Must meet all university/program acceptance requirements for co-op placement Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
