Our client is a leading organization in Saudi Arabia managing a large-scale, high-profile development with a strong focus on integrated facilities and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:Lead integrated Hard & Soft FM operations across a large-scale portfolio. Drive asset lifecycle management, operational readiness, and service excellence. Manage FM contracts, vendors, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and KPI/SLA performance. Oversee engineering, maintenance, HSE, CAFM/CMMS, compliance, and risk management. Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.15+ years of Facilities Management experience, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in integrated FM, asset management, contractor governance, and managing large-scale facilities. Experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo) is preferred. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly desirable.
