The Role of HR Operation Supervisor

Waad Education is seeking an experienced HR Operation Supervisor to manage the daily human resources operations within its school environment. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and involves overseeing critical HR functions to ensure smooth and compliant operations, directly contributing to the supportive atmosphere for our educational community.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies.
• Deliver efficient and effective HR services to all employees.
• Manage all processes related to the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Supervise various HR administrative functions, maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Support the school's mission by upholding high standards in HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in human resources operations, preferably within an educational setting. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of HR best practices and operational management.
