We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the commercial growth of our specialized vehicle manufacturing business, with a focus on ambulances, security vehicles, mobile units, and other custom-built vehicles.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in government sales, public tenders, healthcare projects, and strategic business development within Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the company’s business development and sales strategy. Identify and secure new business opportunities across government and private sectors. Develop business opportunities with Ministry of Health (MOH), NUPCO, Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA), Ministry of Interior (MOI), Ministry of Defense (MOD), hospitals, and private healthcare providers. Manage public and private tenders from opportunity identification through contract award. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, consultants, contractors, healthcare providers, and strategic partners. Negotiate and close contracts while achieving sales targets. Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development, Government Sales, B2B Sales, or Key Account Management. Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:Specialized Vehicle Manufacturing Ambulance & Emergency Vehicles Defense & Security Medical Equipment Healthcare Solutions Automotive Manufacturing Proven experience managing government tenders in Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of Etimad, NUPCO, and government procurement processes. Existing relationships within government entities, healthcare organizations, or defense sectors are highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). Willing to travel across Saudi Arabia.
