The Abdullah Mohammed Al-Attawi Customs Clearance Foundation is seeking an Accountant to join its team in Duba, Tabuk. This part-time role focuses on managing financial documents, monitoring revenues, preparing accounting entries, and auditing bank accounts and preparing the necessary financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

The accountant in this role handles a range of essential accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial operations, including the following:

• Auditing financial claims and ensuring they meet legal and financial requirements.
• Preparing, organizing and documenting disbursement documents, and following up on auditing and approvals from approved regulatory authorities.
• Monitoring operating and capital expenditures in line with the monthly financial status of budget items.
• Preparing the financial position and monthly summaries.
• Preparing and organizing annual closing accounts.
• Preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions in the designated ledgers.
• Auditing bank accounts and preparing the necessary reconciliations with monthly statements.
• Developing accounting methods and procedures and keeping up with scientific and technological developments in the field.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports related to expenses and revenues and storing them in the database.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To fill this position, the role requires practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the accounting field. A candidate with a solid foundation in accounting principles and the ability to apply them effectively is sought.
