Key Responsibilities
- Assign work to plumbers and helpers.
- Inspect pipelines, fixtures, water tanks, pumps, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Respond to leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and emergency incidents.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure completed works meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain material-consumption and job-completion records.
- Coordinate specialist drainage or water-treatment contractors
