International Human Resources Company (i HR) is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the position of Projects & Operations Manager.

Job Purpose Lead and oversee projects and daily operations, ensuring successful project delivery, operational excellence, quality compliance, and profitability while managing engineering and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage projects from initiation through final handover Develop and monitor project schedules and execution plans Lead engineering and technical teams across multiple projects Review technical drawings, project documentation, and change orders Monitor project progress, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely delivery Oversee branch operations, warehouse activities, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational health & safety requirements Establish operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC projects and contracting Proven experience managing engineering and technical teams Strong knowledge of project contracts, risk management, and project execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD (MS Project or Primavera is a plus)
