Key Responsibilities Design and develop Oracle APEX applications and responsive UIs. Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects. Design and optimize Oracle database schemas, SQL, and PL/SQL performance. Develop secure REST APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS). Troubleshoot Oracle database issues and optimize performance using AWR, ADDM, and ASH. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Support database security, backup, maintenance, and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.5+ years of Oracle development and database engineering experience. Strong expertise in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database. Experience with ORDS, REST APIs, and Oracle performance tuning. Knowledge of schema design, partitioning, and database administration. Experience troubleshooting Oracle databases and optimizing applications. Proficiency in Java Script and CSS for Oracle APEX customization. Oracle certification (OCP or equivalent) preferred. Experience with Oracle 19c/21c/23ai, OCI, or Autonomous Database. Familiarity with RMAN, Data Guard, RAC, Git, Liquibase, SQLcl, and CI/CD. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with a focus on quality and ownership.
