Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in HVAC technology or related field preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification and relevant state/local licenses are mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician, with a proven track record in complex systems.
