- Install, configure, and maintain telephone systems, including PBX, VoIP, and related hardware, ensuring seamless communication for users.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and telecommunication issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining service quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling, to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Test and troubleshoot network connectivity, voice quality, and data transmission problems, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus.
Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent telecommunication certifications.
