Your Job We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamic CRM Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM support and integration with Remedy, with a proven track record of implementing and customizing CRM solutions to meet business requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and maintaining our CRM systems and Remedy system to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to support business processes and functions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions. Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and forms. Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems and applications using APIs and web services. Perform data migration and ensure data integrity across systems. Monitor and troubleshoot CRM system issues, providing technical support as needed. Keep abreast of new CRM features and technologies, incorporating them into our solutions to enhance functionality and user experience. Document CRM development processes, configurations, and customizations.
Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. Proficient in Microsoft . NET, C#, Java Script, Remedy and HTML. Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database principles. Strong understanding of CRM best practices and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Knowledge on Remedy and integration with CRMCertifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are highly desirable. Qualifications: MBA / B. Tech / Any graduation Skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .
