Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Licensed Therapist at Mantra Care. The therapist will provide virtual, evidence-based mental health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with AI-supported tools for intake and triage, documenting sessions and treatment progress in digital systems, and adjusting care plans based on client outcomes and engagement. The role involves coordinating with an interdisciplinary care team when needed, maintaining high standards of ethical practice and data privacy, and participating in case consultations or supervision as appropriate. The therapist is expected to manage a consistent caseload, maintain timely documentation, and contribute to a supportive, client-centered care experience.
Qualifications
Licensure and clinical expertise: Active, unrestricted license as a psychologist, counselor, social worker, marriage and family therapist, or equivalent (as applicable to region); demonstrated experience providing individual or group psychotherapy; strong grounding in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy). Telehealth and technology skills: Comfort with remote care delivery; ability to use digital health platforms, electronic health records, and secure video conferencing; openness to working alongside AI-driven tools for triage, monitoring, and care coordination. Assessment and treatment skills: Proficiency in conducting psychosocial assessments, risk evaluations, treatment planning, and outcome tracking; ability to tailor interventions to diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, and clinical presentations. Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong written and verbal communication for virtual sessions and documentation; capacity for empathic listening, clear boundaries, and collaborative care; commitment to nonjudgmental, inclusive practice. Professional standards and collaboration: Adherence to ethical and legal standards, including confidentiality and data protection; ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; reliable time management and organizational skills.
