Responsibilities
API Integration Management & Improvement Provide in depth knowledge of each product, usage and analysis to internal and external users Become an integral part of a dynamic team of developers in delivering complex data integration solutions utilizing both proprietary technologies and third party APIsAssist the Project Manager and Business Analyst in defining the strategy, solution, and evolution of data interchange between systems as new relationships are introduced and project needs evolve. Design, implement and test API integrations based on systems requirements Communicate risks, issues, challenges and status/progress of the project Document requirements, design, architecture, and test scripts Identify and suggest process and technology opportunities which will improve the business model, service offering to customers and drive internal efficiencies Assess gaps in current APIs performance and determine systematic solutions to drive growth and achieve operational effectiveness, implementing strategic change when needed to achieve business goals Provide direction to and communicates with developers on best practices as it pertains to integration standards, security, and performance with internal systems Performance day-to-day operations of business and systems processes, including the operation of process-related tools Ensure timely and successful delivery of product solutions, according to partner’s needs and objectives Create and maintain API documentation, reports and processes Monitor the health of the API integrations and data integrity and quality closely and do proactive and reactive activities to avoid business interruptions or issues.
Relationship Management Communicates product and detailed data specifications to vendors and partners Provides technical expertise and guidance to sales, and product teamsregarding data strategies to support partners and internal team Quality Control Creates, executes and verifies effective testing plans at the process and systemlevel Supports critical and highly complex partner integration initiatives, driving the development and implementation of an effective, consistent and repeatable partner development program Perform full system and data integrity testing with technology platforms Documenting test planning and cases
Relationships Management Facilitates and advocates issue resolution with technology partners Communicates product and detailed data specifications to clients and partners Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships through structured stakeholder management plans and tracking Responsible for keeping current partners satisfied and delivering exceptional internal department and partners service on a day-to-day service Resolve all technical or data issues or business obstacles pending with partners Liaise between the partners and internal departments and teams
CRM System & Reporting Conduct weekly and month end reports for internal and external stakeholders and partners Prepare presentations for partners to improve the product and enhance their performance Maintain a stakeholder matrix and conduct gap analysis
SPAN OF COMMUNICATIONInternal: Business Development, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance External: Agencies, vendors, partners and suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLSQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a technology degree MBA or Master’s Degree in relevant field an asset
Preferred Experience:2-4 years of experience completing business process design or operations
Job-Specific Skills:2-4 years of experience working hands-on with a variety of API integrations Knowledge of technical writing principles and practices Knowledge of API’s (REST) and the ability to understand JSON/XML files Self-starter, time management sensitive and excellent verbal and written communication Excellent MS word, excel and Power Point skills
