Role Description The Middle School English Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons aligned with the middle school curriculum, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, assessing student progress, providing timely feedback, and maintaining accurate records of achievement. The role involves managing classroom behavior, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and collaborating with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success. The teacher will also participate in department meetings, professional development, and relevant school activities and events.
Qualifications
Strong middle school classroom experience and proven skills in Teaching and Middle School education. Expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, with the ability to design age-appropriate, standards-based English lessons. Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, constructive feedback, and effective collaboration with students, families, and staff. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or license preferred. Experience with student-centered and inclusive teaching practices, including differentiation and classroom management. Ability to integrate educational technology and innovative instructional strategies into lessons. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth. Previous international or diverse school experience is an asset; English fluency required.
