Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise IT programs and strategic technology initiatives. Align project delivery with organizational goals and customer business requirements. Establish project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and performance standards. Support business development through project planning and delivery expertise. Direct multiple concurrent IT projects and programs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contractual obligations. Monitor project performance using KPIs and executive dashboards. Manage project scope, resources, risks, and interdependencies. Build strong relationships with customers and executive stakeholders. Manage escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage project budgets, profitability, forecasts, and resource utilization. Monitor financial performance and ensure effective cost control. Support procurement, contract management, and commercial governance. Lead Project Managers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and PMO staff. Mentor and develop high-performing project teams. Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, cybersecurity, and organizational requirements. Promote quality management and continuous process improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Manage relationships with technology vendors, subcontractors, and strategic partners. Monitor vendor performance and contractual compliance. Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
