A leading General Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage all logistics operations across multiple construction projects. Key Responsibilities:• Manage logistics, transportation, warehousing, and material distribution activities across all projects.• Oversee fleet operations, heavy equipment allocation, mobilization, and utilization.• Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Technical Office, and Operations teams to ensure uninterrupted project execution.• Monitor inventory, logistics costs, equipment productivity, and transportation efficiency.• Manage workforce transportation, camp logistics, and site support services.• Establish logistics procedures, KPIs, and reporting systems to improve operational performance.• Lead and develop logistics, fleet, and warehouse teams. Requirements:✔ Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management.✔ Proven experience in Construction / Contracting Companies is mandatory.✔ Strong knowledge of fleet management, heavy equipment operations, warehousing, and project logistics.✔ Experience managing logistics operations for multiple projects simultaneously.✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills.✔ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Preferred:• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or government projects.• GCC experience is highly preferred.
