Job description
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Explain the process of importing vehicles from Korea, including costs, shipping duration, and required procedures.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle based on budget and required specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers and Korean exhibitors to obtain pricing offers and confirm orders.
Monitor vehicle purchases and send reports, images, and videos to customers before shipping.
Track shipping procedures and inform customers of shipment status and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with customs clearance companies within the kingdom to ensure prompt completion of procedures.
Monitor the issuance of contracts and invoices and ensure all documentation is complete.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Update customer data and requests in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with them.
