Senior Account Manager - Neuromodulation
About the role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable sales growth while building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. You will combine commercial expertise with clinical knowledge to support physicians during procedures, deliver product education and help improve patient outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships. Working closely with physicians, hospital teams and cross-functional colleagues, you will ensure customers receive exceptional clinical and commercial support. You will also be expected to take a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives while sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of less experienced sales team members when appropriate.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong relationship-building and key account management skills.
- Ability to provide clinical support and confidently communicate product value to healthcare professionals.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting clinical cases in a hospital environment.
- Experience working with multiple healthcare stakeholders.
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching sales colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
