Roles & Responsibilities

Provide detailed diagnosis, treatment plan and rehabilitation of the dentition to functional and esthetic requirements of the individual (new or referred)

Responsible for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of disorder and condition on the field of Esthetic and Restorative and limited Prosthodontic including the Implant Dentistry.

Obtain and interpret medical, dental and psychosocial history including the evaluation of physical and social conditions that may affect dental management.

Identify, diagnose and manage occlusal, sleep and TMJ disorders.

Perform a thorough clinical (extra and intra oral) and radiographic exam.

Writes clear laboratory prescriptions and evaluate laboratory product with specialist.

Keeps abreast with the latest techniques and developments in the field of Restorative dentistry following and implementing them on a selective basis to improve technical standard.

• All types of direct restorations (for adults only).
• All types of indirect restorations (veneers/inlay/only).
• Preventive treatment (sealant/fluoride for adults only).
• Bleaching.
• Fixed prosthetic work (including implant prothetic part) for his/her cases.
• Emergency treatment as needed.
• Perform any other clinical responsibility related to the specialty.

Academic Responsibility:

Direct and advise Junior Staff on patient management, especially in the field of Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry.

Guide and actively participates in training and teaching of the Intern, Junior Staff, Specialist and Residents.

Actively participate in educational activities and training programs of the Department

Desired Candidate Profile

Education/ Professional Qualification

1. Educational : Completed three years advanced training in Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry and/ / or Master degree from accredited dental school.

2. Professional : Dental Experience

At least two (2) years of practical experience.
