Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives Product Demonstration: Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients. Technical Expertise: Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to product capabilities. Solution Design: Assist in designing customized solutions that align with client requirements and business goals. Proposal Development: Contribute to proposal preparation, including technical documentation and solution architecture. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics, and provide valuable insights to the sales team. Training Support: Work closely with the training team to ensure clients fully understand product functionalities and best practices.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, major is not restricted. Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or within the BI industry. Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, data visualization, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in SQL scripting, Excel, Java Script, and Linux deployment and maintenance, along with other relevant technical skills. Experience using and managing at least one database engine. Self-motivated with the ability to independently learn data analytics applications and IT solution integration
