Key Responsibilities:Perform laboratory tests per the defined lab methods if needed, to support Lab Technician. Report the process control related issues to superior to take the required action. Perform samples preparations as per sampling plan for weight analysis and packaging integrity tests. Refill hygiene and sanitation paraphernalia, dispensers and disinfectant in Tetra production hall. Keep the HOLD AREA clean and segregate the products in questions received through NCR, Customer Complaints and Out of Specs. Keep the General Laboratory and its facilities clean to ensure that cleanliness is maintained as per the daily GLP checklist. Act as a custodian to GMP practices and ensure that these are being followed in order achieve set targets for audits. Perform routine tests controls for the product quality parameters to achieve full compliance with approved standards. Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the direct supervisor. Follow all BCR safety instructions and procedures and report any safety hazards or near misses immediately to the safety officer.
