Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and possess strong experience in architectural design, technical drawings, and execution documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design solutions. Prepare high-quality 2D architectural designs and convert them into professional 3D models and visualizations. Produce accurate and comprehensive shop drawings and construction drawings. Develop detailed execution drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure design integration and constructability. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standards. Present architectural concepts and design proposals clearly and professionally.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural design and technical documentation. Strong proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with additional visualization tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, Blender, and V-Ray is highly preferred. Excellent ability to create architectural designs in both 2D and 3D. Very strong experience in preparing shop drawings and detailed construction/execution drawings. High attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Preferred: Experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. A professional portfolio showcasing architectural, 3D visualization, and technical drawing work.
