Role Overview The Co-Branded Cards Product Management Specialist will be responsible for driving the end-to-end management of co-branded and core card products within a leading retail banking environment. The role focuses on product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization of card offerings while ensuring strong partner alignment, regulatory compliance, and business performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Management Lead end-to-end management of card products including debit, credit, and prepaid portfolios Define and develop Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) aligned with market needs and business strategy Drive product lifecycle management including launches, enhancements, and rationalization Develop pricing strategies and ensure alignment with profitability objectives2. Co-Brand & Partner Management Manage relationships with co-brand and sponsorship partners Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations including branding, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with legal, marketing, product, and compliance teams for partner alignment and execution Maximize value from sponsorships through strategic activation and engagement initiative3. Product Launch & Commercialization Lead execution of new card product launches from concept to rollout Support sales enablement through training, tools, and product knowledge transfer Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams Ensure successful commercialization and adoption of new products4. Campaign & Performance Management Design and execute campaigns to drive activation, spend, and engagement Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including acquisition, usage, and revenue growth Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for improved outcomes Collaborate with analytics teams to generate actionable insights5. Stakeholder Management Act as a central coordination point across product, marketing, compliance, operations, and external partners Facilitate governance forums and steering committee meetings
Key Requirements10–15 years of experience in cards product management or retail banking Strong experience in co-branded card programs and partnershiip Proven track record in product launches and CVP developmeents Deep understanding of card portfolio profitability and key performance metrics Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (including SAMA guidelines Experience in pricing, campaign management, and product commercialization Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive data-based decisions Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
