About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will support the compliance function by managing documentation, ensuring adherence to local regulations, and coordinating compliance activities across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and records
- Monitor regulatory updates and liaise with legal advisors
- Conduct internal compliance audits and track corrective actions
- Coordinate compliance training sessions for staff
- Assist in preparing reports for management and regulatory authorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance procedures
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory environment
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCMP)
- Experience with compliance management software
- Arabic language proficiency
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 19600, ISO 37301)
- Experience in the financial or healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia
