Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced AI & Data Delivery Expert to lead the successful delivery of AI and Data initiatives from planning through execution and closure. The role is responsible for managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI & Data projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and execution strategies using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Lead multidisciplinary teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Analysts. Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues while driving timely resolution. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and acceptance criteria. Monitor project financials, resource utilization, forecasting, and delivery performance. Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, user adoption, and knowledge transfer activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, governance, and project management best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
+7 years of experience in technology project or program delivery. Experience in leading AI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation projects.
