The successful candidate will support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs while ensuring competitive reward practices, internal equity, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Administer compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies. Support salary review cycles, promotions, and compensation adjustments. Conduct job evaluations and maintain grading structures. Perform salary benchmarking and market research to support pay decisions. Prepare compensation reports, analyses, and dashboards for management. Coordinate employee benefits administration, including medical insurance, allowances, and leave benefits. Ensure compensation and benefits data is accurate and maintained within HR systems. Assist in developing and updating compensation and benefits policies and procedures. Support organizational restructuring and job architecture initiatives. Respond to employee and management inquiries related to compensation and benefits. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal governance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, or a related HR function. Knowledge of compensation structures, salary administration, and employee benefits. Experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with HRIS systems is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Preferred Qualifications Professional certification in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards (e.g., GRP, CCP, CIPD) is an advantage. Experience within a large corporate or multi-business organization. Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and reward practices.
