We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer who is currently based in Saudi Arabia to support Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across ongoing Security Systems and ELV projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards and local regulations. The role requires close coordination with project teams to promote a safe working environment and minimize operational risks. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations across project sites • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments • Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions • Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions • Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare HSE reports • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure safe execution of work • Ensure compliance with client and regulatory HSE requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE professional with strong site safety experience, preferably within Security Systems, ELV, construction, or project-based environments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong hazard awareness, and the ability to enforce safety standards effectively. Requirements • Currently based in Saudi Arabia • Transferable Iqama (mandatory) • Relevant qualifications/certifications in HSE, Occupational Safety, or related field • Proven experience as an HSE Officer in project-based environments • Previous exposure to Security Systems / ELV projects is preferred • Good understanding of site safety, risk assessment, and incident reporting • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams
