Key Responsibilities:As an intern, you will support both the Strategy and Corporate Development functions through the following duties:Corporate Development (M&A & Partnerships):Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Assist in identifying, screening, and tracking potential M&A targets, joint ventures, and strategic partners. Financial Analysis & Modeling: Support the creation of financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) to value potential acquisitions. Due Diligence: Assist the team in coordinating the due diligence process for active transactions, including reviewing financial, legal, and operational documents. Integration Support: Help develop post-merger integration plans and track the progress of acquired assets. Corporate Strategy:Market & Competitive Research: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, market sizes (TAM/SAM/SOM), emerging technologies, and competitor moves. Strategic Initiatives: Assist in evaluating new market entry strategies, product launches, or internal operational improvements. Executive Reporting: Create clear, compelling Power Point presentations and memorandums for the C-Suite and Board of Directors to summarize findings and make actionable recommendations. Data Analysis: Analyze internal company data and external datasets to uncover business insights and drive data-backed decision-making. Qualifications:Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. Experience: Previous internship experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Strategy is a strong plus.
