Job Description We are seeking a Senior Engineer Cost Control to support a large-scale shipyard project, ensuring effective cost planning, monitoring, and control across complex shipbuilding operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports Monitor project expenditures and identify cost variances Provide accurate cost analysis and recommendations to project teams Support project planning, scheduling, and financial tracking Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimise cost efficiency Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and reporting standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in shipbuilding or heavy fabrication yard environments Strong background in cost control within large industrial or EPC projects Hands-on exposure to yard / production operations Strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, large-scale project environment Important Note Not suitable for design office-only or maintenance-only backgrounds Must have practical production / yard experience Tagged as: Onsite
