As Safety Supervisor your task is to supervise and implement occupational health and safety procedures at work sites, ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards, and promote a culture of safety among all employees, especially in high-risk environments such as the electricity and energy sector
🔹 What You’ll Brin
Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedure Conduct safety inspections and audits on job sites, tools, and equipment Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent incident Ensure that all personnel are using the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment Participate in incident/accident investigations and prepare detailed report Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessionin Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to enforce safety protocol Maintain documentation and records related to safety audits, permits, and training Support emergency response planning and drill Stay updated with Saudi safety regulations and ensure implementation (e.g., Civil Defense, Ministry of Human Resource
Academic and professional qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering Certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or IOSH are preferable Kawadir certificate

Experience:Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in safety supervision, preferably in the power or construction

Skills & Knowledge:Strong knowledge of safety procedures and hazard ident Good understanding of Saudi safety regulations and internationalstandards Effective communication and reporting Ability to lead safety awareness among Problem-solving and decision-making Attention to detail and ability to work in high-risk env
