Key Responsibilities

• Record, review, and maintain daily accounting entries and transactions.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account balance reviews.
• Prepare and analyze product and recipe costing (Recipe Costing).
• Monitor raw material costs, wastage, and cost variances.
• Manage inventory control processes, periodic stock counts, and inventory reconciliations.
• Generate financial and operational reports to support management decision-making.
• Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records and extract reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting within the restaurant, café, or food & beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of Cost Control and Recipe Costing.
• Experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Odoo is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Sudanese nationality preferred.
• Valid transferable residency (Iqama) in Saudi Arabia is required.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
