Roles & Responsibilities

The Dealers Key Account Manager will focus on managing and expanding relationships with key sub-dealers. This role involves overseeing dealers operations and driving sales. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with key automotive dealers. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of vehicles through dealers. Collaborate with dealers to improve sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service. Negotiate agreements, pricing, and dealers promotions. Monitor sales activities, sell out , stocks & market trends, and dealer performance in the region. Maintain strong relationships with brokers and other key partners to maximize market coverage.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in dealer sales, particularly in the automotive industry. Strong relationships with brokers and dealers. Proven ability to manage and negotiate dealer partnerships. Strong leadership and management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Skills: excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, strong leadership and team management skills, proficiency in crm software and microsoft office suite
