Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Manager | B2B Joinery & Loose Furniture. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing B2B sales opportunities for joinery and loose furniture products, including prospecting new clients and nurturing existing accounts. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering proposals, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating terms, and coordinating with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate specifications and on-time delivery. The role involves conducting market and competitor analysis, forecasting sales, and reporting on performance to leadership. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine product offerings, pricing strategies, and customer solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications Strong B2B sales skills in construction, interiors, joinery, or furniture, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals. Experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and designers. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to joinery and loose furniture. Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and use of CRM tools to track opportunities and performance. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the GCC or similar markets and a valid driver’s license for occasional client or site visits is an advantage.
