Anchored Peer Support Services provides support, guidance, and accountability to individuals on their recovery journey. Our team of Certified Recovery Specialists, drawing from their own experiences, bridges clients to vital resources within their communities. By complementing existing or past services, we work to empower individuals through compassionate assistance and connections. In collaboration with the Capital Area Behavioral Health Collaborative, county agencies, and other service providers, we aim to serve individuals in Cumberland, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, and Lancaster Counties.
Role Description
The Sales Director is a full-time, remote leadership position responsible for driving sales growth, managing business development strategies, and leading a dynamic sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and mentoring team members to meet and exceed performance targets. The Sales Director will collaborate with other departments to align sales initiatives with company goals and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service, with the ability to streamline processes and enhance client relationships Strong Team Management skills, including mentoring, inspiring, and fostering collaboration among team members Strategic thinking and planning abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) Experience in the healthcare, behavioral health, or recovery support sectors is a plus Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for effective decision-making
