We are partnering with a leading FMCG organisation to recruit a Regional Sales Manager based in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive commercial performance, strengthen key customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team within the Saudi market.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong commercial results. Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Ensure effective execution of trade and promotional activities across the region.
Requirements Saudis only Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of the Saudi retail and distribution landscape. Demonstrated track record of delivering sales growth and managing key customer relationships. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
