Major tier 1 civil engineering contracting group in Saudi Arabia require a Tendering Manager looking to take a step up to Tendering Director level. Candidate should have the following:
• Strong Tendering & Estimation background
• Proven JV Tendering experience
• Infrastructure / Roads / Utilities / Mega Projects exposure
