Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all activities related to hospitality and residential construction projects.

Coordinate with consultants, operators, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, international hospitality standards, and Saudi regulations.

Monitor quality control, safety implementation, productivity, and project schedules.

Support procurement, planning, engineering, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.

Participate in progress meetings, technical reviews, and project reporting activities.

Support successful project delivery within approved budgets and timelines.

Coordinate hotel MEP systems including HVAC, fire alarm, BMS, ELV, plumbing, and life safety systems.

Support testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and operator inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile

The MEP Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing high-end hospitality, hotel, luxury residential,br>mixed-use, and resort developments across Saudi Arabia. The position requires extensive experience inbr>large-scale construction projects, particularly luxury hotels, branded residences, resorts, hospitality towers, andbr>premium fit-out developments executed under international standards. The successful candidate must possessbr>strong technical, operational, coordination, leadership, and construction management capabilities with provenbr>experience delivering complex projects within demanding schedules and quality requirements.
