Roles & Responsibilities
The Public Relations Supervisor/Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all government-related processes and ensuring the company s compliance with Saudi regulations. The role involves liaising with government authorities, handling official documentation, and supporting employee visa, residency, and labor-related procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and Saudi government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Jawazat, Muqeem, Absher).
- Process and manage employee visas, Iqamas (residency permits), renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Handle all documentation related to labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee legal documents and company licenses.
- Ensure timely renewal of company registrations, licenses, and permits.
- Submit and track applications through government portals such as Absher, Muqeem, and Qiwa.
- Coordinate with internal departments for employee onboarding, offboarding, and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in Saudi labor laws and government regulations.
- Resolve issues related to immigration, labor, and government services.
- Provide guidance to employees on legal and documentation processes.
