Job Responsibilities:
- Workforce planning and forecasting
- Develop detailed recruitment plans
- End-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage and track multiple requisitions related to different organizations simultaneously
- Manage global or cross-border recruitment processes
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in workforce planning and forecasting
- Ability to develop detailed recruitment plans
- HR procedures knowledge
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ability to manage and track multiple requisitions related to different organizations simultaneously
- Familiarity with HR Systems is preferred (Success Factors)
- Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment analytics
- Experience with global or cross-border recruitment processes
