Roles & Responsibilities
Understand the productivity report and guide associates on floor
Understand the daily targets and basic level allocation of work
Monitor CPP for assigned area and flag deviations to the supervisor.
Raise floor issues to the line manager promptly
Track and monitor individual staff productivity and support benchmark achievement.
Coordinate with other supervisors to cross-utilize associates across processes
Ensure floor area is clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Individual daily productivity vs. benchmark
Attendance clearing accuracy and timeliness
SLA adherence for in the assigned activity

Basic level data entry and tracking
