Roles & Responsibilities
Check Area readiness before the start of shift
Check the handover from previous shift and prioritize in alignment with Senior supervisor
Execute and supervise floor operations in assigned areas (inbound - Unloading/GRN, outbound, returns, quality control).
Monitor staff productivity against daily benchmarks and discuss variances with team.
Check that cleanliness is maintained on the floor at all time and inventories are only placed in the designated area
Monitor associates are coming to work on time during start of shift and post break-times
Escalate floor issues to the line manager and follow up on resolution.

Daily picking, putaway, and receiving productivity vs. benchmark
SLA monitoring and adherence
Inventory counts and accuracy target
Floor area compliance with 5S standards
